[RC] AERC release form - Alexa Olney

I just got my mail(I was finally able to get to my truck through the 21 inches 
of snow it dropped in the desert on wed). I recieved my new card and the 
release.  Some more questions have come up.
 
Since the releases were mailed out with the membership card, as ride managers 
how will we know if a member has signed the release and returned it?  Is this a 
mandatory release (of course I am going to send mine in) and if so how will it 
be enforced when some one doesn't send it?  The rider already has their card so 
you can't take it back.  Will us ride managers need to have the riders sign the 
release again at the ride or send this one out with our entries?  Can you look 
it up on the current paid members list?
