I remember there being a Day Member form in the packet for ride management when 
ever we have put on a ride.  I don't think it was a required paper to fill out 
and send in.  All it had on it was the persons name and emergency contact info. 
I think a required one with the release on it is a good idea just so 
everything is covered. Anyway to CYOA is a good idea.  In this economy lots of 
people are looking for ways to get money. I don't think the members are as 
likely as some yahoo off the street to cause a problem.
