[RC] what to do with them? - Anita Messenger - Kitley, Carrie E Civ USAF AFSPC 30 MDSS/SGSLF

I wouldn't mind pitching in to help with euthanasia but I couldn't
afford to foot the whole bill.

Sometimes vets will give a large discount or do it for free on hardship
cases like this one.
