Even if the initial training is good, that is no guarantee that later experience won't play in. Lots of horses go through several owners. If an owner down the line lets the horse get away with stuff, that will always be there, since now the horse knows it is actually a possibility. Some horses will take advantage if they can. Others won't. That part depends on the horse.

This is the important part of the horse's initial training. This is what must be established/resolved on the ground ~ before the horse is ever ridden. Unfortunately, most riders do not know how to do it, even if they had the time. Terry
