RE: [RC] Warm Jeans - SHEILA A WALSHI wear long johns, tights, and Goretex pants. Sometimes I even tape plastic bags over my boots, in case it rains/snows. Plastic bags are great training aids, when mounting.....I wear turtle fleece around my neck and a Goretex jacket. I even have a face mask in case the wind is blowing. I have gaitor gloves that can go over my mitts, but am afraid that I can't feel the reins, so I just wear thin mitts with friction on the palms. They work well with Biothane type synthetic reins.
