Hi Michael...You wanted to know more about this area and price ranges...I
love this area...there are private trail systems and State Forest areas..great
conditioning trails and perfect weather here to train year round.
Established pasture lands runs between 10,000 to 20,000 an acre ( fenced or
not fenced makes the difference ) We have many AERC rides with no more than
an hour to 3 hours driving time..GO SE !!!
There are many Universities in Spartanburg,S.C. which is about 30 mins.
away from Tryon or Landrum...
Wofford, Converse. Upstate U ( was USC ) Furman U and several
Technical Universities.
