Re: [RC] New Endurance Horse Electrolyte Research - Eric RueterAnd what would be considered a "high dose"? Does it "depend" on the horse's weight, their current conditioning, their current condition (standing in a vet check vs. standing in a stall), their metabolism, their current levels of sodium and or chloride, their current and immediate future activities, their "normal" (not the total population's "normal") levels of sodium and or chloride, or is it exactly the same for every equine out there? As you can tell, I did not read the article, but my "take away" from the synopsis was "you *might* be able to over dose on eLytes, so watch out", that's all. thanx eric Eric Rueter Rueter Consulting, Inc.
