Good information, Bruce. if we do not police ourselves, the alternative is not pretty. Not specific to this biting situation, but to horse welfare/abuse issues, it is imperative that we keep control of our membership. If we don't, outside agencies will. If that were to happen, the sport we all love dearly would be in jeopardy.
