My riding buddy, Barb, is moving to LA soon. Before I met
her she had her own horse, but after it died (probably colic) she didn’t
get another. Barb also rode whenever she could while growing up in Kansas. She’s
been riding with me on my horses and other friends’ horses for about 3
years now. While she has never done an endurance ride, she has ridden miles and
miles all over the canyon trails near Auburn with us. If you’re
near LA and have an extra horse you’d like ridden, let me know, I’ll
put you in touch with Barb. She’s going to miss riding and the mountains.
She’s also a marathon runner so would be a good candidate if you need a
ride and tie partner.
