As April already stated, Roger "just" developed the adapter kit. Kristen Lacy 
from thedistancedepot now runs the distribution. I import those adapter kits to 
Germany - they are a bit pricey, but worth every cent. Roger says that if you 
use the original Garmin heartbelt (which is coded) with his adaption kit, that 
unit will work like the real VMax transmitter.
