[RC] Ballots for the DAL election - Michael Maul

There was a significant problem with the US mail getting to some members in time for the Nov 30 deadline.

The balloting time has been extended to Dec 31 so that all members have time to send in their ballot.

If you have not sent in your ballot - please do so now.

More will follow in explanation of the ballot time extension.
