Hi Mike, You can call the FL State Vet Dr. Holt at 850-410-0900 or email holtt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to ask him about faxing the coggins. When your vet fills out the Health Certificate (needed for travel), she/he will fax the states you are traveling to the HC and coggins. You will need to travel with the original HC and Coggins.
