Gail Hought in CA also makes that type of noseband. Her complete bridle with the bit and noseband is a work of art...very nicely done and stunning in black with red overlay.

Having used a S hackamore, I prefer the type of noseband made by Taylored Tack. (http://www.tayloredtack.com/). Has the stop power, does not mar the nose and is pretty! Tried wrapping it and fleece, neither work as well.
