RE: [RC] Saddles for Polish Arabs - Ranelle Rubin

Carrie,

Ann Hall taught me that lesson. The first horse I rode for them I had to ride in an Australian Stock Saddle that was at least two sizes too big for me. I was miserable, but the horse was comfortable. They ride in Podiums now. Those are nice saddles, but don't fit my horses unfortunately. That is what sent me in the direction of treeless..I figured if a Podium did not fit them, I might as well find something that worked.

I would have to agree wholeheartedly with Ranelle.   My first concern, and always will be, is the fit and comfort of my horse.  THEN mine.  Thankfully, with todays designs and technology, we can have both.

Laney,

I have to say I will learn to ride anything if it fits my horse!
