Re: [RC] Saddles for Polish Arabs - Kathy MayedaAll three of my horses have a lot of Polish blood in them. The Abetta Endurance model works surprisingly well with them for being such a cheap saddle. I started with an Arabian tree when I broke Drako to ride initially - which is a real wide tree. Somehow he grew more muscular in the scapula, which surprisingly required a slightly narrower tree. I liked it so much I even bought a second one with a semi-QH tree. My mare gets the old Arabian tree which fits her perfectly. I rode all my endurance miles on Beau with a ReactorPanel - and I highly recommend them. It's ultimately adjustable, so when I bought it when he had hollows behind his shoulder from previous bad saddle fit, I was able to adjust it easily to accommodate his muscle growth. Yeah! K. For those who ride Polish Arabs -- What kind of saddle have you found works best overall for your horse? I have found an SR Enduro that is for a flatter backed horse that I'm going to try to see if it works. His previous owner rode him in a wide tree Tucker but I'd rather find another saddle than the Tucker. I realize each horse is different but thought I get some ideas.
