Wonder how they decided what the COC was going to be in the first place? To
bad each ride couldn't have its own COC. In other words, if the Tevis
wanted to be an FEI ride, the powers that be could take an average of all
the top ten times for the past 10 years and that would be a COC for the Tevis.
(what does coc stant for anyway!?)
