Re: [RC] FEI - Carrie - Keith W. KiblerJeremy I have been looking and dreaming about the 75 mile event at the KY horse park next Sept. I have been reading the FEI information and dont know if my 50 mile horse could do a 75. However, what do mean by "qualify"? Just dreaming about what could be. Keith Jeremy Olson wrote: No, you do not have to be a 100 miler to compete in FEI. There are FEI 50 mile rides and also 75 mile rides. You do not have to ride fast either. 13 hours and 20 minutes is the speed you have to go to qualify for certain events. If you want to learn the system and experience it for yourself you can ride at ANY speed you want. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
