Carrie,
 
The biggest thing you need to do is go to a "fast 100" (not the Tevis or OD) and get your C.O.C. by doing it in 13 hrs and 20 min or less.
 
There are many other "hoops" to jump through in terms of tracking vacines, etc..but nothing too horrendous.
