Re: [RC] saddle issue - use a saddle fitter!!! - Elizabeth Walker
I checked with Gina (since she isn't on Ridecamp). She lives:
Southwest of Cleveland in Hinckley, Ohio (Medina County).
Anybody know of a good saddle fitter in that area? She doesn't have a truck & trailer, so would either have to arrange transportation, or have the fitter come out to her place.

I agree! I used to bring over a saddle fitter from the UK three to four times a year to adjust the saddle for my rapidly changing Morgan Stallion. I did this for 5 or 6 years. He developed quite a following here in the NE. Horses never went better than after he was here.
Then I was lucky enough to have my husband become interested in the process. So, instead we sent him to the UK to apprentice. Now, he has taken over the clients that our UK fitter had while here.
A bit of a caution though. I had several saddle fitters in the States that were unable to do what this man from England could do. So, as with everything, there are fitters and there are fitters.
We're in the NE Upstate NY specifically and we spend time in SW Arkansas in the winter.
