Drako does this all the time on the trail when he sees other horses.  It drives me nuts and is a bad habit.  Call it what you want, jigging, P..ssaffe, whatever.... it's really annoying and it feels like he wants to blow up.

(though -- Caisson does have one 'wiggy' thing that he has done a couple of times, and it's kind of fun to ride.  He stays in place, and kind of bounces from front feet to back feet - back and forth, very fast.  The middle stays pretty still, so it is very easy to ride.  I have no idea what he is actually doing.  He's only done it twice, and both times was really wanting to move, but I'd told him to stand still.  Well ... he did stay in one spot.  :)
