[RC] 2008 World Endurance Champion - Merri Melde

Spain's Maria Alvarez Ponton and Nobby - horse looked fantastic cantering in. ESPN cut away from the vet gate just as they were about to trot out, but apparently he passed - the winners!

Argentine rider Augustin Vita just finished 2nd and will be vetting in shortly

(Maria is on the cell phone with the Spanish flag draped aroud her shoulders... and a smile on her face!)

Penny Toft and Kristie McGaffin were either just going out or arriving into the vet gate together - Aussie Team riders
