[RC] Recoveries?? - rides2far@xxxxxxxx

Am I misinterpreting the "time to criteria" column? Is that not how long it 
took to make pulse?  

According to the sheet, the 18th place horse took 56:48 to reach criteria but 
it has an out time. Are they allowed over 30 min?
