Please be patient - I will answer emails ASAP, and I will acknowledge receipt of entry/money by this weekend. To answer a few questions: Parking is going to be tight - but you already know that. SMALL RIGS WILL PARK IN THE BACK, LARGE RIGS IN THE FIRST PARKING AREA - NO EXCEPTIONS. Otherwise, be prepared to move when requested. And no 1/2 acre plots. Keep pens to no larger than 12x12 per horse. NO EARLY ARRIVAL (THURS) WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL CAMPING FEE. This is Kowboy Kamp's rule, not NJTRA. If you need an entry form emailed, let me know. Otherwise download from the NJTRA website and click on "Printable" option. If you do not send in a valid entry form with ALL information completely filled out, and a downpayment - YOU ARE NOT IN THE RIDE!!! If you can email the info be prepared to provide name/address/phone/email, AERC #'s, horse name/breed/Reg. horse AERC #, ECTRA #'s for horse & rider, Wt class, # of dinners required - unless you are a first-timer, you know what we need. I can receive faxes at work at 610-481-6517 up until next Wed. Make checks payable to NJTRA. I plan to be on-site by 11:00AM on Friday, maybe earlier if possible. If you have withdrawn, then you were never in the ride - $$ will be returned after the ride. This is only fair due to the confusion. Rabies certificates: if you have an official certificate, dandy. If not, a copy of the vet bill with the vaccination & date will be fine.
