[RC] National Championship - rides2far@xxxxxxxx

Just a few quick notes.

Second place, Samantha Sandler was pulled at the finish line for lameness so my 
phone messages are off one placing when I'm reading them out. If I wait an hour 
until all possibility of vetting in are over it's kinda old news so you have to 
take what you can get. :-)

Daniel Boone Distance Riders will be posting their results later, hopefully 
after all these little details are straightened out.  They figured if I could 
appease the curiosity of those who wanted instant results they'd just take 
their time and wait for the dust to settle.

As for Pam Weidel, she apparently just slowed down. All was well when she came 
in. 

This is NOT an easy course. There are lots of hills and several BIG hills. One 
local rider who is no slouch told me that the lake loop that was part of the 
2nd section is one that they consider 45 minutes to be "smoking" to finish. 
Today's leaders did it in 22 minutes!
