No, I am down in San DiegoCounty.
The fire is up in LA, north of the 210 freeway in the AngelesNational Forest
and now in a Lake View Terrace. The ride manager of the Sunland/Santa Get
Up and Go ride, Tara Walker Noller lives near here, but she is just south of
the 210 and just a few miles east of base camp at Hansen Dam. I also know
several people who ride NATRC who have horses in the same ‘hood. The AngelesNational Forest is north of the 210 and it
is rugged country.
The winds are up to 60 mph which makes firefighting
almost impossible. I wish I could help in some way, but I need to be home
to evacuate if we get a fire down here in San
Diego. So far we have no wind here in San Diego, but it is so
dry my hands are cracking. I think the humidity is in the low teens.

OH, I see! Well that still doesn't make me feel any better but I
do hope all is well with the home owners in that area. Other than Nancy do we have any
other Ride Campers over there?
