Ask what Michael Marino the AERC Chairman of Protest and Grievence would 
rule if this happened here and what his judgement would be. FEI has always 
had stricter standards than AERC.

Heidi,  i want the game to be played fair and square and i have no monetary 
gain, so thats where i'm coming from.  Fairness, across the board.  Is that 
too much to ask? ts
