Re: [RC] Rides you have never been to (was: Safe???) - steelsidedownI second that Truman... I have never worried one bit about details of the SE rides... if the info sheet doesn't cover it, I'm sure it will be handled reasonably, fairly, and safely... I've never been disappointed...Maybe SEDRA ride managers just spoil us! I think it is a regional thing. I have gone to many SE rides without calling in advance or worrying about how it will be run. The SE rides are all run about the same - very well. They all have treatment vets available. The ride fliers for SE rides are pretty complete in telling you what to expect. So I don't feel any necessity in worrying about it. When I went to Shore to Shore, I did checking with people that had done it so I knew what to check. But a point to point has its own set of things one needs to consider. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
