I tried dealing with Dave directly but it was a nightmare -- twice I was shipped the wrong saddle. Carol is excellent at responding to email and phone calls. She got my order right the first time, quickly, and I love my saddle! Get her booties too, they are terrific and much better than the pad David sells IMO.
