If any of you had problems before the recall was
issued Take your reciept to your dealer and they
should be able to file a claim for you.
My truck had this problem 3 days before the recall was
issued and the dealer (Crossroads Ford in Cary NC)
filed the claim and a month later I got a check from
Ford.
