At the Desert Classic ride in Las Cruces last Saturday I met KS Rubin, a Shagya stallion trained and ridden by Carolyn Hock. They were riding the 75 and I was riding the 50, and we passed each other traveling in opposite directions several times. He always looked bright and happy. He's a lovely, correct boy with tons of bone and a very forward attitude. I even thought about breeding my purebred Morgan mare to him sometime in the future. I think that would be a fascinating cross. We left ridecamp before he finished so I don't know where they placed.....
He is advertised each month in EN and you can check him out at www.ksrubin.com (I saw the web site on his mom's ball cap :)))
