RE: [RC] Frozen shoulder - Chastain, Shannon L.I had a frozen shoulder ~3 years ago, did not do anything with it for almost a year till it caused me to fall off my horse and break 2 ribs (actually I was falling off pretty regularly). Then went to a great orthopedist and after verifying it was not a torn rotator (MRI) I went into physical therapy for 6 weeks and continues on with the therapy on my own after. I now hove 99% of the mobility in my shoulder. I have only come off once since (knocking on wood!). I agree with Bruce have it looked at!! Shannon If I were you, I would get with a good orthopedist and develop a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Pronto.
