Re: [RC] awfully quiet out there - Lynne Glazer

OK, I'll laugh.  It was a beautiful day in Gavilan Hills (PS) with no smog, great views.  I had a short ride around "the mountain" to escort Kat on her Anglo stallion ponying a mustang trainee "outward bound" for the first time.  And my knee went nuts as we were pointed towards home, but I couldn't be happier, my frisky boy helped me finally isolate which specific angle/force is the cause. (I've only been after that information since 3/6.)  Swelled immediately and hugely, impressed even Kat, but now I have information to trot off to the orthopedist with.  Hope at last, well once the month wait for the appt is over.  :-)

Hi y'all. Seems awfully quiet out there! Hope everyone is out there riding or conditioning or otherwise just enjoying their horses. I was able to get in a nice pleasure ride on my NON-ARABIAN, BAREFOOT, LIMITED DISTANCE, PAINT HORSE yesterday afternoon in the PACIFIC SOUTH REGION. I didn't have to trailer him so I wasn't worried about his HEAD HANGING OUT OF THE TRAILER (we don't have windows on our NON-LQ trailer) or whether to use PELLETS, SHAVINGS, OR DIRT.
If you couldn't tell I'm pretty much bored out of my scull. So maybe I can stir things up a bit with this post. Or at least get a laugh or two.
