I only get in a couple of rides per year but trail ride and condition a
good amount. I've been using borium for about three years
now. So far so good. I get serious heebie-jeebies when my horse
starts sliding on pavement. I've used borium nails but my current farrier
doesn't carry them so he puts little dabs on the shoes. Both worked fine
with no problems that I've noticed. A nice bonus is getting 3 resets out
of the shoes.
