"Humidity" out there won't phase us...we live and ride in the armpit/sauna climate of the southeast.  LOL  Anything west of southeast Texas is arid compared to here.  <G>

 

I'm going to just die if something happens and I can't go this year, and then they never have the 100 again...I hope they decide to have the 100 maybe every third year or something...

Swanton has a higher humidity index than Tevis.

 

I did ride a portion of the trail near the Chalks and Westridge.  Views are breathtaking, and the ruts on the ridge road are pretty deep.  Just as you think that you're going to be able to dump off this slow-gowing trail, there's another up and downhill....  A friend of mine who rode the trail the year before told me that if I actually liked the trail, she would never ride with me again!

 

I would love to do Swanton some day.  Hopefully this won't be the last year!

I love details…what to watch out for, where we'll be able to make better time, where we'd better take it easy, etc.
