not true (in AERC events) if the horse had passed the completion exam. you can begin any treatment you like at that point I think.?
And, although it is not specifically articulated, if you withdraw your horse from an event and initiate treatment ( AFTER you are officially withdrawn), you pull code will not be changed. So if you do a RO-M and then initiate a re-hydration protocol, your pull code would not be changed to M.
