the fact that all the 13 riders who pulled themselves on the latest
UAE race were simply listed as pulled by rider or trainer means that all their
horses were checked by the vets and deemed fit to continue but the
rider/trainer pulled anyway, assuming that FEI follows the same rules as AERC
as far as pull codes.
