I just did a ½ marathon (ok, a bit of
running thru mile 8 and then, major foot issues so hobbling to the end) and I’ll
tell you, the gray hairs were amazing!? What they were more than anything was
consistant.
I had to laugh…one of the gals I
started with was trying desperately to find Advil from one of the gray-hairs
that had a fanny pack but NO ONE had any!? When we were finished, we were all
laughing about this and Adam said that at a ride, if you ask for Advil, lots of
folks say “No Advil but how about a Percocet (or fill in any other good
RX painkiller)!? THAT was so true it was hilarious!

Because horses aren't humans and humans
aren't horses. Besides, some grandmothers DO run marathons. A
healthy and fit 25 year old horse can do 25 miles just fine.
