Re: [RC] [RC] kvetching again? (was manners, et. al.) - Kathy MayedaHey - some of the complaining I hear (or do myself) is nothing but rolling our eyes and laughing at the situation! I don't know how many times I've ridden rides and there's a section that's marked poorly, the administration and communication is disorganized, etc... and we just roll with it. Rides are rarely perfect.
I like that comment about prohibiting renting space in your head! I forget about that sometimes.

I've got a good book to read if I am considered "second class." If I won a ride and BC'd it nobody would likely know or care two years from now. Every sport has jerks and it is up to YOU to prohibit them from renting space in your head. Everyone does stupid things that they regret; whether it's on a horse, at home, or in the work place. So let things slide, have fun, try to be thoughtful of others on the trail, and please, please, please don't set up your corral next to somebody else's tent.
