Re: [RC] Adrenaline Junkies - Betsy ThomasOkay, so I should point out that I also have an general anxiety problem, so I can get a nice adrenaline rush from pretty minor challenges :-) My horse does threaten to back her butt into the 40 mph traffic when the tennis balls hit the fence, but so far I've managed to talk her out of it. I have no problem riding next to traffic at this point, we're used to it. There's just something horrible about that damned tennis-ball machine. I've had her get unruly enough out there that the 40 mph traffic actually slowed down to watch, that was fun. I should point out I ride my horse out of a barn that's primarily dressage horses, so they think I'm pretty daring... thanks for helping me realize I'm still a total wuss though. :-) I like pretending I have guts. I also pretend I ride fast even though my GPS has me averaging between 4 and 5 mph on my distance-rides.
