[RC] Bob Walz - Marinera

Bob Walz was one of a kind and once you met him, you did not forget him.

He had a wonderful handsome horse by the name of Brusally Skoraik.  He entered and completed 76 rides with him for at total of nearly 7,000 miles without a pull.  He won the overall Best Condition Award at the 250 mile High Rock Canyon/Soldiers Meadow Ride in 1989...no mean feat for someone 6'5."  I was there and I remember seeing this frequently grumpy towering figure come close to tears.  Ride on, Bob.     Julie
