You can meet me at Spooner Summit when the snow melts. I will show you the most amazing trail/loop you have ever seen! Ever been to Hobart and Marlette Lakes??? I have a loop that starts at Spooner Summit, goes up the Tahoe Rim Trail, cuts onto a trail down the east side of Snow Valley Peak, then comes at Hobart from the east. Then you rejoin the TRT and come out via Long Valley Rd past Marlette..check it out on a map..my favorite loop anywhere..you are up at about 9K ft at one point and can see the entire shoreline of Lake Tahoe.
