RE: [RC] Interesting article - Dolores ArsteI don't know if it's true or not but I heard that M Matz who trained Barbaro would do a lot of LSD at the farm between trips to the track. Anyone know. I believe it's still the youth of these horses. If we could just hold off until they were 4. But, I don't know what gets into the Reiners and the Ropers for that matter. I'm told here in Arkansas that a Roping horse is done at 8. I worked on a 6 YO who was so stiff in the shoulders I could hardly believe it.
