I hadn't noticed a lot of scuffing. I've used the Webbers on both of my leather English saddles. (Of course, my current set of Webbers is about 10 years old, so maybe they are all nice and smooth.... I keep saying I have to replace them ...

The bad news is the Wintec Webbers are designed for a synthetic saddle - that will scuff leather pretty bad. The good news is Bates Dressage makes Webbers that are leather covered! Slap on a pair of EZ Ride Stirrups and you are good to go all day long.
