HPT is High Performance Trim-it is a tool used along
with proper environmental stimulus to promote
development of amazing hoof structure and function
through Applied Equine Podiatry.

People smarter than me have been able to figure it out
and apply the trim from the book and the DVDs
available on the website equinepodiatry.net- I took
the class when it came to Boise last fall.  I still
haven't done a full trim myself but after learing the
theory and watching the dissection and practicing on
cadaver hooves I felt confident enough to "do no harm"
when Joy needed a little touch up once between trims.
