RE: [RC] Texas Bluebonnet Results? AKA The Weird Thing About 100s - Peter HarperFrom: "Paul" <Paul@xxxxxxxxxxx> Hi Paul, This year at Bluebonnet was a bit unusual. Most of the time I stay over after a 50 and drive home the next day. I like to give the horses a night's rest before I load them up in the trailer. This year there was a forecast of severe weather coming in around mid-night. We've had hail storms and several tornado's this Spring so everyone is gun shy. I packed up early and headed for home thinking the horses would rest better at home than exposed in a hail storm. A lot of other folks had the same idea. I boarded a horse from AR at my place while the rider visited family in Dallas. Y'all come back next year and we'll show you some Texas hospitality. Cheers, Pete Harper ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
