I'm also crying the blues over fuel prices especially since I have to haul out 
to do much conditioning.  If I have to haul out very far I camp out so I can 
ride two days instead of just one.  Multiday rides are just too far to justify 
going to them except for maybe once a year.  iI'm also having friends go to 
rides with me when it used to be just me and my husband going to rides.  He has 
opted to stay home so my friends can go with me and share the costs.  I still 
haven't figured out how to get by with taking very little stuff so I can hitch 
rides with friends.  I prefer to go in my rig.  I'm also trying to cut expenses 
other places but grocery prices just go up as well.  I also cut out going out
