Re: [RC] coggins - Rae CallawaySince a current negative Coggins is a requirement for Texas horses, I would expect the seller to provide that as the horse should already have one. If I was buying a horse from a state that didn't have that requirement, then, since my state does and the horse would need it to come here, I would pay for it. As for the vet exam, as a seller, I don't pay for it. I already know my horse's health. That's a cost for the buyer, regardless of whether they buy the horse or not.
