had to call them. A tow truck arrived within 1/2 hour
of my placing the call and the driver called around to
see who could fix my truck on a Saturday. AAA has
usually taken at least 2 hours to respond.
At Big South Fork 3 years ago a lady blew a
transmission about 40 miles from camp. USRider towed
her trailer to the camp ground and then took her truck
20 miles the other way to a dealer. One couldn't ask
for better service than that.
It is clearly stated in the liturature that the policy
owner must be with the vehicle.
The other problem people seem to be having is a lack
of communication. Unless told otherwise they would
assume that they would be taking both vehicles at
once. They aren't mind readers.
