Our daughter, who claims to have interested quite an audience by shrieking 
in the porta potty at an out check, uses something from the cycling shop.  I 
think it's chamois butter.  Others use body glide.  Abby made a cycling shop 
run for several of us who ride together and the guy at the desk had a few 
questions about why she would be buying quite so much.  She also has used it 
on the girth area of her horse.
