Our German Martingale comes with beta reins. They have little D rings
that come with three choices of adjustment on them to attach the chest
piece. The chest piece attaches to the breast collar. As you ride,
you really can't tell that there is something different on them other than it
puts the horse in a wonderful well rounded position. After a while it
trains your horse and you can take them out of this martingale.

thanx for the info.. I looked at your
martingale. Okay folks... the "shade of green" I am is about
to be revealed.... again:) Couldnt tell if the reins were
included in your setup. I curreently have the S-hack Arabian
and beta biothane reins from Sportack (and of course a breast
collar).. If you could clarify what would work.
And last but not
least... what are the exact differences between a running and german
